Tepeztate Sour
Acid, powerful and seductive.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Agave Macho – Espadín & Tepeztate
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz agave syrup
- 1 egg white
- Orange zest or chili powder (optional, for garnish)
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients dry (without ice) for 10 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again to froth.
- Serve strained into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange zest or a touch of chili powder.
